you'll have to use a web proxy, go to: proxy.tsl.gr
Type this into the URL bar:
Hit Enter and log into Stardoll. Fill in the boxes and click 'Enter competition'. Once the page has loaded, you can leave the proxy. The teddy bear should be in your suit.
