This is available in All countries so i don't think you will need a proxy.
First, Log into Stardoll.
Then go to the contest page ( click the link below )www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3023
After, Fill the blank boxes with whatever you want and enter the contest.
The shirt should then appear in your suite :)

Hit Enter and log into Stardoll. Fill in the boxes and click 'Enter competition'. Once the page has loaded, you can leave the proxy. The earrings should be in your Beauty Parlor.
